- Managing and recruiting a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure targets are met.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in relationship management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in agency channel management and recruitment is an added advantage.
