Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise building projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze data to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays or cost overruns.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (building construction).
- Solid understanding of high-rise building design principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
