Job Description

SS Technologies is hiring confident and customer-focused professionals for our US Voice Process Sales / Customer Support Team in Sector 62, Noida.

We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills who are comfortable interacting with US-based customers and working in a night shift.

Candidates with previous International BPO / US Voice Process / Sales / Customer Support experience will be preferred. However, freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, complaints, and support requests.
- Promote and sell products/services wherever applicable.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a US Shift / Night Shift.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and system-handling knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in an International Voice Process, US Process, Customer Support, or Sales Process will be an advantage.
