Role & responsibilities

- Implementation of the hospitals programme for quality improvement and patient safety.
- Manage the activities needed to carry out an effective programme of continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
- Lead implementation of JCI & NABH standards.
- Drive clinical excellence.
- Establish Regular clinical audit Review.
- Identify opportunities for a quality improvement Programme.
- Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.

Quality Process Management System

- Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical quality processes.
- Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit.
- Conduct Process / Surveillance Audits.
- Ensure closure of non-conformities.
- Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place.

Medical Quality

- Ensure implementation of JCI & NABH standards across the unit.

Training

- Facilitate quality training in the zone.
- Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs.
