Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues using BitLocker encryption technology.
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and MS Outlook email clients for secure communication.
- Perform OS installations and updates on Windows platforms.
- Troubleshooting (Software, hardware, printer & application)
- Network support L1 (know how of IP config, MAC binding, basic troubleshooting
- Software and hardware installation, configuration, setup.
- Inventory management (hardware and software)
- Assist business in IT project rollouts.
- AV, Security and Patch management.
- Knowhow of OS installations (windows & macOS), configuration, policy deployment.




- Maintain proper logs and records.
- Ensure data backups and storage.
- Knowledge on Access point / Firewall
- Knowledge on basic network
- Hardware knowledge ( Desktop/Laptop/Printer )

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in Desktop Support with a degree in B.A or B.C.A (Any Specialization).

- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in installing/configuring desktops/laptops; hardware networking; ticketing tools; MS Office Outlook configuration.
