Job Title: International Voice & Non-Voice Associate (Freshers Only)

Job Summary We are hiring graduate freshers for our International Voice and Non-Voice processes. This role involves managing customer queries, delivering exceptional client support through calls, emails, or chat, and maintaining service quality standards in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer support or back-office tasks via voice, email, or chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately while maintaining required efficiency and quality metrics.
- Update CRM systems and document interactions systematically.
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and process-level targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Education:



Graduation is mandatory (any stream); freshers are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Fluent verbal and written English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Work Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts) with 2 consecutive days off.

Salary & Compensation

- In-Hand Salary: 18,000 to 26,000 per month.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based monthly incentives.
