Job Summary
We have an urgent requirement of HOD Fabrication - Machine Mfg Industry - Vadodara/Anand
Qualifications
- BE Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing or related fabrication industry; Well-versed with ASME or IIW standards.
- Proven experience managing large fabrication teams (300+ workforce).
- Robust understanding of fabrication codes, welding standards, NDT, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Safety - SHE; Safety compliance - OSHA / factories act; Environmental ISO; Occupational health ISO 45001
Team & Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of over 300+ personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Drive adherence to international fabrication standards such as ASME Sec VIII, Div 1 & 2 and alternate as applicable to UK / EU, Russia, PED, DIN, and AWS.
