Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Direct tax compliance, including preparing and filing of ITR (Income Tax Return) and TDS returns.
- Provide guidance on direct tax matters to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits of financial statements to identify potential tax savings opportunities for clients.
- Develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities through effective planning and structuring of client's business operations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience post CA in direct taxation, preferably in an accounting firm or similar organization.
- Robust knowledge of corporate taxation, income tax, TDS return, and ITR preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
