You will partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and finance to define problems, map processes, analyse data, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Discovery & Stakeholder Management
- Run workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit business needs, pain points, and success metrics.
- Prioritize requirements and manage the backlog in collaboration with Product/Tech leads.
- communication plans; present findings and influence decisions.

- Requirements & Documentation

- Write clear BRDs and SDD/SRS, user stories with acceptance criteria, and data flow diagrams.
- Cerate wireframes including Prototyping.

- Process Improvement

- Map asis vs tobe processes, perform gap and rootcause analysis.
- Recommend solutions (process, product, and data changes).

- Delivery & Quality

- Work with engineering to refine scope, support sprint planning, and ensure readiness of stories.
- Lead UAT planning and execution; manage defects and signoff criteria.
- Create SOPs, training materials, and enablement assets for golive.
- Create ER Diagram, data dictionaries.

- 4–6 years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a techenabled environment.
- Solid requirements elicitation and documentation skills (BRD, SRS/SDD, user stories, acceptance criteria).




- Proficiency and Handson Wireframe tools (Adobe XD/Figma), Data Flow diagrams (e.g., MS Visio) and Advance Excel.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum (backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, release planning).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Experience with Open Project/Jira, Visio for mapping.
- Exposure to API specifications and Database.

We are looking for a talented Angular Developer with 2-3 years of experience to build and maintain dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript,



and front-end development while ensuring high-performance and responsive user interfaces.Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Angular (v10+).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS/CSS.
