We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Gurgaon location as part of a large-scale bulk hiring drive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries professionally over calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and escalation procedures.
- Maintain productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Handle customers confidently and professionally.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
12th Pass / UG / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced Both Eligible
Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
Good confidence and interpersonal skills
Customer-service orientation
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable with 6 days working
SALARY
15,000 - 25,000 In-Hand
Salary depends on communication skills, confidence, interview performance and overall profile.
