Looking for experienced International BPO professionals with robust English communication and Telecom/Technical Customer Support experience.

Location: Noida Sector 81 | Work From Office
Role: Customer Support + Upselling | International Voice

Eligibility

- INTERNATIONAL VOICE BPO EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.
- Minimum 12 months relevant experience required.
- UG / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Strong English communication B2H level or above required.
- Telecom / Technical Customer Support experience preferred.
- Candidates should have experience handling international customers through voice.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Candidates with only domestic BPO, backend, data entry or non-voice experience are not eligible.

Salary

- 12–17 Months: 27,000 In-Hand





- 18+ Months: 31,000 In-Hand

- Incentives up to 50,000–60,000

- Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls and resolve queries.
- Provide technical/product-related customer support.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling relevant products/services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
