Experience: 710 years in Hospital Quality / NABH 6 th Edition exp reqired

Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences or relevant field. NABH accreditation experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the hospital’s Quality & NABH accreditation activities.

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, policies, SOPs and quality protocols.

- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for implementation of quality standards.

- Conduct internal audits, quality rounds and departmental assessments.

- Identify gaps, prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans and monitor closure.

- Maintain and review quality-related documents, records, checklists and reports.

- Monitor and analyse Quality Indicators (QIs) and prepare MIS/reports for management.

- Coordinate NABH audits, assessments and surveillance activities.





- Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff regarding NABH standards, patient safety and quality processes.

- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for adverse events, incidents and complaints.

- Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of incidents, complaints and non-conformities.

- Work closely with management and department heads to drive continuous quality improvement.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 7–10 years of relevant experience in hospital quality, preferably with hands-on experience in NABH accreditation/implementation and hospital audits, will be preferred.
