Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must have clear, fluent English with valuable grammar and pronunciation.
- Strong customer handling and conversational skills required.
- B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
- LLB candidates are not eligible.
- International BPO / Customer Service experience will be preferred.

Salary

- Freshers: 25,000 In-Hand | 2.8 LPA CTC
- Experienced: 31,000 In-Hand | 3.5 LPA CTC
- Incentives: Up to 6,000

- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally with UK customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and process quality standards.
- Follow required process and compliance guidelines.
