We are hiring for our Retail Pharmacy Stores in Delhi across the following positions:

- Store Operations
- Senior Pharmacist
- Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy store operations.
- Ensure accurate medicine dispensing and prescription handling.
- Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry/near-expiry checks.
- Handle online and omnichannel orders.
- Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
- Support customer retention, promotions, and product visibility.




- Guide junior team members and ensure effective store functioning.

Job Requirements

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm for Pharmacist & Senior Pharmacist roles.
- Valid Delhi State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory for pharmacist positions.
- 36 years of experience preferred for Senior Pharmacist.
- Relevant experience in retail pharmacy/store operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medicines, dispensing, inventory, and expiry management.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Team management and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates from organized retail pharmacy chains will be preferred.
