WHAT THIS IS

We are SMVA (Jeevan Vijeta Pvt Ltd), a Hindi-first online education company in meditation and personal transformation. Our webinar funnel brings in paying customers every day, and we have thousands of past buyers who never got a follow-up call.

In our company, you don't dial strangers. Every person on your list has already paid us and attended our sessions. Your job: take them from the entry programme to our flagship course (Rs 5,999) and advanced tiers (Rs 21,000+), and follow up tokens and part-payments to full closure.

THE MONEY - in writing, no "up to"

- Rs 40,000/month guaranteed for your first 2 months (Rs 35,000 fixed + commission, Rs 5,000 attendance bonus)




- Uncapped performance bonus after that. Your rate will never be reduced. Ever.
- Day 60: permanent structure locked on your actual numbers - revised upward, never below your starting scale
- Robust closers here take home Rs 55,000+

THE SETUP

- 100% remote, work from home
- Weekly off Monday. Tue-Sun working. Weekends are peak - that's when tokens close and bonuses are earned
- 12 paid leaves a year + Monday weekly off
- Scripts, call recordings, CRM, daily warm list - all provided
- Own laptop, stable internet, quiet room required
