About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Channel team as a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM). The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors.

* Build and expand a productive agency network in the assigned territory.

* Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business objectives.

* Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.

* Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closures.

* Conduct joint field visits and provide on-the-job coaching.

* Ensure activation and productivity of recruited advisors.

* Build robust relationships with advisors and customers to ensure long-term engagement.

* Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

* Monitor advisor performance and implement productivity improvement plans.





* Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.

* Maintain accurate sales reports, business records, and MIS.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, or FMCG.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

* Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

* Ability to recruit, coach, and lead a team.

* Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
