- Managing and leading a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in Recruitment and Management of a team of financial advisors/agents.
- Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance or General Insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working in the Agency Channel is preferred.
