Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining coordination.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Achieve daily/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory/Preferred experience in C2H recruitment.
- Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing.
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Laptop and stable internet connection are required.
