- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field.
- Robust background in Data Analysis (Dashboard Development) with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record as Territory Head or similar role with excellent results.
