Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate accounts by passing daily vouchers for sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in TallyPrime.
2. Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage daily cash flow.
3. Compute, prepare, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and handle TDS calculations.
4. Generate accurate, compliant tax invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable.
5. Prepare weekly financial reports, trial balances, and assist in finalizing profit & loss statements.
6. Reconcile vendor ledgers and ensure timely payments.
7. Assist internal and external teams with statutory, tax, or internal audit processes.
Note: Must be familiar with Tally accounting software.
