? Qualification: B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Pharm

Key Skills: Training, onboarding, pharmacy operations, SOPs, compliance & staff mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training for pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

Train teams on prescription review, dispensing, dosage, medication safety, storage, cold chain and inventory.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, NABH/NABL standards, CDSCO guidelines and SOPs.

Conduct competency assessments, refresher training and maintain training records.

Identify performance gaps and provide remedial coaching.





Coordinate with pharmacy, clinical and quality teams to improve pharmacy operations.

Eligibility

D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution.

Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.

Minimum 3 years hands-on pharmacy experience in hospital, retail or clinical pharmacy.

1+ year training/mentoring/supervisory experience preferred.

Solid knowledge of medication management, pharmacy regulations, inventory and patient safety.

Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English (speaking and reading Telugu required).

Willingness to travel across Vizag & Hyderabad.
