Sehat Nxt is building a smarter OPD experience for Bharat through Live OPD Tracking , helping doctors, clinics and hospitals manage OPD flow while reducing unnecessary patient waiting.
Healthcare Sales Executive
This is a 100% performance-based sales opportunity with no fixed salary.
Your primary responsibility is to leverage your existing doctor and healthcare network to onboard doctors onto Sehat Nxt.
You will:
• Identify and approach doctors, clinics and hospitals
• Generate qualified leads for Sehat Nxt HMS through your healthcare network
• Present and demonstrate the Sehat Nxt Hospital Management System (HMS)
• Understand the hospital/clinic's requirements and map them to Sehat Nxt solutions
• Conduct product demos and convert prospects into customers
• Complete the HMS sales and onboarding process
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital administrators and healthcare providers
• Follow up with prospects and close conversions
• Work independently across your assigned market and achieve monthly sales targets
15% Sales Commission




Earn 15% commission on successful sales.
Your earnings are directly linked to your conversions.
More doctors onboarded → More you earn.
Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity is specifically for people with an existing healthcare network.
Preferred experience:
• Healthcare / Pharma / Medical / B2B Sales
• Existing connections with doctors, clinics or hospitals
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
• Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face meetings
• Self-driven and target-oriented

• Freshers without an existing healthcare network
• Candidates looking for a fixed monthly salary
• Candidates without direct access to doctors or healthcare providers
• Candidates interested only in telecalling or desk-based sales
