Hiring: Assistant Manager – Sports Marketing | Gurgaon

We are looking for a passionate Sports Marketing qualified with 6+ years of experience to drive community engagement, sports events, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and engage running communities across multiple cities.

• Launch and scale new running community chapters.

• Execute marathons, community runs, sponsored events & flagship experiences.

• Manage athlete, coach, agency, vendor & partner relationships.

• Drive race-day activations, branding, product experiences & expo activities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution.

• Track event performance and provide post-event insights.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 6+ years in sports marketing, event management, brand activations or community management

✔ Solid event execution & stakeholder management skills

✔ Passion for running/sports

✔ Willingness to travel for events

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
