Role Description The Member Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, India, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective members. Daily tasks include welcoming members, handling inquiries in person and via phone or digital channels, assisting with memberships and renewals, and providing information on programs, events, and facility services. The role involves resolving member concerns, gathering feedback, and coordinating with operations and coaching staff to ensure a smooth experience. The executive will also support member engagement initiatives, such as events, promotions, and outreach activities, while maintaining accurate records in member management systems.



Evening and weekend work may be required based on facility schedules and event needs.
Qualifications

- Member service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build rapport, address concerns, and foster long-term engagement.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact professionally with diverse member groups.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as handling records, managing schedules, and using basic office and member management software.
- Sales and outreach abilities, including explaining membership options, promoting programs, and supporting retention and growth initiatives.
- Customer-facing experience in sports, recreation, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented workplace is highly beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for sports and active lifestyles, with a willingness to learn about pickleball and the Pickleball Kingdom brand.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon with flexibility for peak hours, evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and prior experience in member services, front desk operations, or community management.
