Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Manager_Inside Sales & CRM for a cloud-based, end-to-end publishing and document workflow management platform designed for academic and professional book publishers. In this role, you will own the B2B lead generation & pre-sales process

Responsibilities

- Identify high-value B2B customer segments and generate leads by using platforms such as sales navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc
- Own the team's revenue target across recent lead closure & expansion with clear visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Drive the end-to-end pre-sales funnel — from lead generation, first contact to sales handoff
- Drive consultative selling rigor across the process, ensuring every conversation surfaces use case, fitment & benefits
- Build and manage innovative touch-points and journeys (AI + human calling, email, text) and CRM systems for speed and conversion
- Build the systems, processes, and CRM hygiene standards that leads to scale
- Work closely with growth and sales to refine targets, journeys, and outcomes




- Build and refine the playbook for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion across the service offerings
- Partner closely with the revenue team on lead handoff, account strategy and prioritization
- Track account-level engagement and take corrective measures to improve metrics
- Use data and insights to refine targeting and messaging

Good to Have -

- 5-10 years experience in B2B Lead generation & owning the pre-sales funnel
- Experience in leading inside sales for a B2B Service or saas company
- Consultative sales experience
- Experience generating leads using , Lusha, Apollo etc
- Startup mentality & comfort in individual contributor roles

CTC - Rs.15-20 LPA (Basis last drawn)

Location - Chennai (Guindy)
