We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join an emerging technology-driven consumer services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, online channels and local networking

• Meet customers and understand their requirements

• Conduct product/service demonstrations

• Convert qualified leads into customers

• Build relationships with organisations, healthcare institutions, service providers and community groups

• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline

• Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings

• Coordinate customer onboarding with the internal team

• Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate sales records

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Healthcare Services / Medical Devices / Consumer Technology / Home Automation / SaaS / Telecom or similar industries





• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with customer meetings and travelling within Bengaluru

• Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools

• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred

• Kannada & English communication preferred
