Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion WMS Technofunctional Consultant with 6+ years of overall experience, including multiple end-to-end global implementations of Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS) Cloud.

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of functional warehouse operations knowledge and technical configuration/extension capabilities, with proven experience delivering multi-country and multi-site rollouts across diverse regulatory and business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting & Solution Design

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with global business stakeholders.
- Understand warehouse operations, inventory strategies, and fulfillment processes.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud for inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
- Configure receiving, putaway, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, cycle counting, and cross-docking.
- Configure WMS rules, strategies, task types, and labor management setups.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and business process re-engineering.
- Prepare FDD, BRD, and process flow diagrams.

Technical Configuration & Extensions

- Configure and extend Oracle Fusion WMS using Application Composer, Page Composer, Sandboxes, and Groovy scripting.
- Develop and support integrations between Fusion WMS and ERP/SCM modules.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and FBDI/HDL templates.




- Configure and troubleshoot RF device screens, mobile transactions, and barcode/label printing.
- Support data conversion and migration activities.
- Work with technical teams on OTBI, BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and warehouse KPIs.

Global Implementation & Rollout

- Lead or support global and multi-country WMS implementations.
- Manage global template design, localization, and site-by-site deployments.
- Coordinate with regional teams, 3PL providers, carriers, and EDI partners.
- Support multi-time-zone project delivery and stakeholder management.

Testing, Deployment & Support

- Lead SIT, UAT, and warehouse simulation/dry-run cycles.
- Own cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
- Support peak-volume readiness for warehouse operations.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, RCA, and performance tuning.
- Mentor junior functional and technical consultants.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of overall IT/functional experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of dedicated Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud experience.
- 2–3 full-cycle global implementations of Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of receiving, putaway, replenishment, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
- Hands-on experience with WMS rules engine, task management, labor management, and container/license plate management.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management,



Order Management, and Procurement.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.
- Proficiency with FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and WMS data migration tools.
- Experience with RF device configuration, barcode scanning, and label printing.

Global Delivery Skills

- Experience working with multi-region client stakeholders.
- Understanding of localization requirements including tax, compliance, and language.
- Experience with global template rollout methodology and change management.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed, multi-time-zone teams.

Technical Skills

- Groovy scripting.
- Application Composer and Page Composer.
- OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals.
- Exposure to CI/CD and version control practices using Git/Jenkins.

Good to Have

- Experience migrating from Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, HighJump, or other legacy WMS platforms to Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud.
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or third-party TMS integration experience.
- Experience in retail, 3PL/logistics, manufacturing, or distribution domains.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions including ASN, 856, 940, 943/944/945.
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA).
- Exposure to IoT/automation integrations including conveyor systems and AS/RS.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM / Warehouse Management Certified Implementation Specialist.
- OCI Foundations Associate or higher.
