We're a small, hands-on team looking for a developer who wants to own real client projects — not just tickets. Role Overview We're looking for a full-time, in-house Web Developer to build and maintain WordPress, Shopify or any other CMS websites for our clients — from new site builds to ongoing fixes and improvements. This is a dedicated role: you'll be the primary developer handling day-to-day project work, working closely with the founder and the rest of the team. Responsibilities Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor, PODS, and WooCommerce Handle bug fixes, plugin/theme updates, and site maintenance for existing client sites Follow our internal Definition-of-Done checklist for every task before marking it complete Communicate task progress clearly (daily updates)
