We are looking for an experienced Zoho Presales Consultant who can understand business requirements, design suitable Zoho solutions, and present them effectively to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery calls and gather business requirements.
- Understand customer challenges and map them to suitable Zoho solutions.
- Work with Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow and other Zoho applications.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Prepare solution presentations, proposals, effort estimates, SOWs, and scope documents.
- Work closely with the implementation team to validate solution feasibility and scope.
- Manage prospect follow-ups and presales activities through Zoho CRM.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations.
- Stay updated with new Zoho products, AI capabilities, and automation solutions.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Zoho Consulting, Presales, Implementation, or Solution Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM is essential.




- Good understanding of Zoho One and multiple Zoho applications.
- Strong business requirement gathering and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and solution documents.
- Comfortable interacting with founders, CXOs, and business decision-makers.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience with Zoho Creator, Books, People, Desk, Analytics, Flow, Workplace, Catalyst, RPA, AI automation, or business process consulting will be an advantage.

Candidates based in Kolkata or nearby areas are preferred and should be comfortable visiting customers when required.
