Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional, quarterly, and annual sales goals for insurance policies and investment products.
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of sales teams (Area Managers, Agents, Officers) to ensure high productivity.
- Business Development: Acquire new corporate or individual clients and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory bodies (e.g., IRDAI),



internal company policies, and ethical selling practices.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand to provide insights to management.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales figures, conversion rates, and client retention, preparing reports for the head

Job Requirements

- Experience: 7-15 years in sales within the BFSI (General Insurance , Investment Services, and Insurance) sector, with Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in Insurance sales and investment & Wealth Management.
- Travel: Extensive travel within the assigned region is usually required.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
