Role Description The Zoho HRMS Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Zoho HRMS solutions for clients, ensuring that HR processes are streamlined and aligned with business needs. This full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing HR workflows, configuring modules (such as employee data management, attendance, leave, performance, and payroll), and managing customizations. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.





Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with clients to optimize Zoho HRMS usage, coordinating integrations with other Zoho Apps or third-party systems, and participating in upgrades and enhancements. The role also includes contributing to best practices, process improvements, and reusable frameworks for HR technology implementations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Zoho HRMS and Zoho Apps skills, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and HR workflow design.
- Candidates should possess skills in implementation and support, including testing, deployment, user training, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management and reporting, including data migration, validation, and creation of dashboards or analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in integration concepts, such as APIs, web services, and connecting Zoho HRMS with other CRM/ERP or HR systems.
- Relevant experience in HR systems consulting or HR operations, preferably with Zoho HRMS or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
