Experience: 8-10 years in Leading a School/ pre school

This position reports to the Head of Academics and is responsible for ensuring academic excellence, curriculum execution, and operational support across the franchise network in the West zones. The Zonal Academic Manager leads the regional academic team to uphold brand standards, enhance classroom delivery, and drive training and development initiatives. The role is crucial in supporting center performance, parent satisfaction, and retention through high-impact academic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead curriculum execution and academic strategy implementation in line with standards.

 Guide and mentor Academic Managers (AMs) in school observations, lesson planning, and staff engagement.

 Ensure quality teacher training, in-class support, and ongoing development for academic teams.

 Monitor academic health of centers and ensure alignment with brand vision and compliance requirements.

 Support the “Happy Child” and “Rollover Retention” initiatives through academic excellence and child development frameworks.

 Drive innovation in academic delivery while ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene norms.

 Act as the academic bridge between business and franchise partners to support center growth and retention.

 Engage with parents and local communities to build solid relationships and enhance center performance.





 Track and report key performance metrics including academic quality, enrollments, and parent satisfaction.

 Support grievance resolution and ensure academic queries from franchisees are handled with agility and accuracy.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams for center audits, compliance checks, and academic interventions.

 Stay updated on early childhood education trends and regulations to introduce timely and relevant innovations.

Scope of work:

 Visit all assigned centers in the West regions to ensure brand-aligned academic delivery.

 Build annual and quarterly academic plans for zonal implementation with measurable outcomes.

 Evaluate team performance and implement training to address skill gaps.

 Collaborate with Business, Training, and Operations teams to deliver consistent academic experiences across centers.

Skills and Qualities:

 Strong knowledge of early childhood education and ECCE curriculum

 Ability to lead and coach academic teams with empathy and authority

 Skilled in teacher training, lesson observation, and academic audits

 Robust interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities

 Data-driven mindset with strategic problem-solving skills
