Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Junior Zoho Developer with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Zoho development, customization, and automation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, automating business processes, creating workflows, and supporting integrations based on organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications.
- Write and manage Deluge scripts for custom functions, workflows, validations, and automation.
- Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho applications.
- Create forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and automated notifications.
- Integrate Zoho applications with internal and third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and provide technical support to internal users.
- Handle data migration, import/export, validation, and system configuration.
- Test applications, workflows, and integrations before implementation.




- Maintain technical documentation for developments, customizations, and integrations.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing business processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development/customization is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of workflows, business logic, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science/IT, or equivalent technical qualification.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with multiple Zoho applications.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
- Experience in integrating Zoho with external applications.
- Understanding of business processes across Finance, Accounts, HR, Sales, and Operations.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.

Note: This position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands-on Zoho development experience. Freshers are not eligible.
