Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled YouTube Growth Manager with proven experience in growing entertainment or media channels. The ideal candidate should deeply understand YouTube's algorithm, audience behavior, content optimization, analytics, and growth strategies.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own YouTube growth across multiple channels and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end YouTube growth strategies.
- Increase subscribers, watch time, views, and audience retention.
- Build content calendars based on trends, audience insights, and platform opportunities.
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata.
- Lead YouTube Shorts strategy and identify viral content opportunities.
- Analyze YouTube Studio, Google Analytics,



and performance dashboards to improve results.
- Monitor CTR, audience retention, watch time, traffic sources, and subscriber conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, publishing time, and formats.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams for high-performing campaigns.
- Track competitor channels and identify emerging trends.
- Drive channel monetization and maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:
- 3–8+ years of experience in YouTube growth, preferably in OTT, media, entertainment, or digital content.
- Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels.
