Role Description The YASHHO Success Partner (YASHOMARGI) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on guiding students and professionals through the SARVASHAKTA 64×6 system, conducting structured success ability scans, and helping individuals understand and strengthen their abilities in alignment with suitable career paths.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small group guidance sessions, explaining assessment results in clear, supportive language, and creating personalized success roadmaps. The YASHHO Success Partner will collaborate with internal teams to refine guidance processes, maintain accurate records of client progress, and ensure a stress-free, encouraging environment for all participants.



The role also involves contributing to workshops, outreach programs, and feedback-based improvements to enhance the overall impact of Yashho India’s success programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, counseling, and guidance skills, with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English (and preferably local languages), including the ability to explain concepts clearly and deliver structured one-on-one and group sessions.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret assessment data, identify strengths and development areas, and design practical action plans.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and following standardized guidance protocols.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy skills, such as working with online tools, data entry systems, and presentation platforms used in assessments and sessions.
- Relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, coaching, or mentoring is beneficial, especially in education, training, or personal development sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, counseling, social sciences, or a related field is preferred; certification or training in counseling, coaching, or mentoring will be an advantage.
