We are looking for a Workshop Moderator to support the smooth execution of live online workshops conducted from our training facility.

This is a good opportunity for freshers who are interested in online events, camera operations, video production, and technical coordination. Training will be provided for the required video and workshop-support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage the camera during live online workshops.
- Follow the trainer/speaker's movement and maintain explicit camera framing.
- Assist with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, PPT presentations, and screen sharing.
- Perform basic audio, lighting, camera, and internet checks before and during sessions.
- Monitor the workshop chat and assist with basic participant queries.
- Maintain attendance records and support participant coordination.
- Manage workshop recordings and basic file organization.
- Upload and maintain recorded workshop files as required.
- Learn and assist with basic video editing and post-production activities.




- Coordinate with the training team to ensure workshops run smoothly.
- Perform other workshop-related support activities when required.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using computers and common online meeting platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn camera handling and basic video-related tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, responsible, and organized.
