Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Head with strong expertise in luxury and premium cars to manage complete workshop operations and independently handle technical and service-related decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete workshop operations, technicians and service team.
- Take independent decisions on vehicle diagnosis, repair, servicing and technical issues.
- Handle complex mechanical, electrical and diagnostic problems.
- Ensure quality repairs, timely delivery and minimum repeat complaints.
- Handle major customer technical escalations.
- Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency and profitability.
- Manage parts requirements and repair costs.
- Train, guide and maintain discipline within the workshop team.

Required Profile




- 8–15 years of automotive workshop experience.
- Robust preference for luxury/premium car experience.
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche, Lexus, etc. preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Proven experience in leading a workshop/team.
- Should be capable of taking complete ownership of workshop operations and technical decisions.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Automobile Engineering or equivalent preferred. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
