Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the service center and efficiently manage workshop workflow.

- Supervise, train, and guide a team of mechanics and service technicians.

- Ensure all two-wheeler servicing, maintenance, and repairs meet high-quality standards and delivery timelines.

- Manage spare parts inventory, job cards, and daily service records.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related escalations professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Technician in the two-wheeler auto industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and diagnostics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work well in a quick-paced, customer-facing environment.
