POSITION-WORKS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Works Manager to manage the overall operations of the workshop/service department. The candidate will be responsible for workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, service quality, team management, and achieving departmental targets.Works Manager – Service Department

Candidate Requirements-

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in commercial vehicle/dealership workshop operations.

Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Eicher workshop and service department.
- Ensure timely and quality servicing and repair of commercial vehicles

Lead, supervise, and motivate technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.
