Role Description

- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday Recruiting module to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align Workday Recruiting with HCM processes and data.

- Review and interpret recruiting reports to support Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers in decision-making.

- Support requisition management, offer management, and onboarding processes within Workday.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Recruiting, including integrations with HCM and other TA systems.

- Provide training and functional support to end users on Workday Recruiting functionalities and best practices.

- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and implement system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and security requirements across recruiting workflows.

- Stay current with Workday product updates and recommend enhancements to optimize Recruiting and HCM integration.

Required Qualifications





- Extensive experience in Workday Recruiting configuration and administration.

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM data structures, business processes, and recruiting workflows.

- Ability to review and interpret recruiting reports and analytics to support recruitment activities.

- Hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle, including requisition approvals, offer management, and onboarding.

- Robust understanding of Workday Recruiting and HCM integrations with other Talent Acquisition systems.

- Experience working with Workday security roles and access management related to Recruiting and HCM.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver system enhancements within defined timelines.
