A Workshop Manager oversees daily service operations, leads technician teams, and drives profitability at a motorcycle or scooter service center.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Manage floor workflow, job card allocation, bay utilization, and timely vehicle delivery.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule mechanics, technicians, and service advisors.

- Quality Control: Inspect repaired scooters/motorbikes and perform final quality checks to prevent repeat complaints.

- Customer Service: Handle client queries, provide cost estimates, explain repair needs, and resolve complaints.

- Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts stock, coordinate parts consumption, and minimize waste.

- Financial & KPI Tracking: Monitor workshop revenue, labor sales, spare-parts sales, operating costs, and overall profitability.

- Compliance & Safety: Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service standards

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
