Isiri Technologies INC is looking to hire Workday Extend Professionals through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking experienced Workday professionals with strong expertise in Workday Extend development, application architecture, Workday Orchestrate, WQL, JavaScript, JSON, Page Builder, REST/Graph APIs, Workday security, and Workday HCM and Finance. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-impact enterprise applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing technical leadership to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workday Extend Application Architecture

- Lead the design and end-to-end architecture of high-impact custom enterprise applications using Workday Extend and Orchestrations.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical platform blueprints.
- Ensure applications follow Workday Extend development and architectural best practices.

2. Advanced Data Querying & Integration

- Develop advanced WQL (Workday Query Language) queries for efficient, high-volume data retrieval.
- Work with Workday data structures to support application and reporting requirements.
- Develop and integrate solutions using REST APIs and Graph APIs.
- Work with Workday Orchestrate to design and implement business process integrations and automations.

3. Governance & Security

- Design scalable security frameworks using Workday Security Groups, ISUs, and domain permissions.
- Implement security controls based on enterprise requirements and access policies.
- Ensure Workday Extend applications follow appropriate security and governance standards.




- Support secure integration and application architecture across the Workday ecosystem.

4. Technical Leadership & Development

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the extended development team.
- Establish coding standards, development practices, and technical guidelines.
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with executive stakeholders and business teams to understand requirements.
- Convert vague or complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across the Workday ecosystem.
- Provide technical recommendations and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 8–10 years of overall Workday experience, including at least 2+ years dedicated to Workday Extend development.
- Strong expertise in Workday Extend application development and architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Page Builder, and Workday Orchestrate.
- Strong experience with WQL (Workday Query Language) and high-volume data retrieval.
- Advanced experience with REST APIs and Graph APIs.
- Deep functional understanding of Workday HCM and Workday Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Report Writing, including Matrix and Composite Reports.
- Experience with Workday Security Groups, ISUs, and domain permissions.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Current Workday Extend Certification is mandatory.
- Qualification: Graduation.
