Job Title: Windows Server Administrator (L2/L3)

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

- Solid hands-on experience with Windows Client and Server operating systems.
- In-depth experience with Active Directory, including user/group management, GPOs, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on administration and support of Azure and Microsoft 365 (O365) services.
- Solid understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, and internet routing concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting network, cloud, and virtualization-related issues.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, system security, and access controls.
- Ability to handle L2-level escalations, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, endpoints, applications, and network services.
- Ability to prioritize incidents, meet SLA requirements, and escalate issues when required.
- Provide advanced technical support for servers, directory services, and network environments.




- Ensure timely responses, effective communication, and proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).

Education & Experience:

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT Support (L2/L3 preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any stream)

Working Conditions:

- Work Schedule: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift), Monday to Friday
- Work Routine: 5-day working week
