We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring delivery excellence, and leading high-performing teams while leveraging modern Microsoft technology stacks and Azure Cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs.

- Take complete ownership of project delivery lifecycle, from planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, and go-live support.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define delivery strategies and execution plans.

- Monitor project health, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.

- Establish governance frameworks and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.

- Lead project planning, estimation, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.

- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Technical Leads, and development teams.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence,



and customer centricity.

- Track project KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

- Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimation reviews, and customer presentations.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Delivery Management.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise application projects.

- Must have strong technical expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, Azure Cloud Services, and modern application architecture.

- Ability to work closely with technical teams, review solution approaches, and drive technical delivery excellence.

- Solid experience in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource planning.

- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in cloud migration and application modernization projects.

- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Azure certifications.

- Strong customer engagement and relationship management experience.

- Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams.
