Key Responsibilities

- Analyze website and digital product performance using web analytics tools and data sources.
- Measure, evaluate, and provide insights on A/B testing outcomes with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across different seniority levels.
- Validate data quality and collaborate with the AdTech team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting, particularly in GA4 and Contentsquare.
- Support trade content preparation and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Web Analytics or Digital Product Analytics.
- Experience designing, measuring, and evaluating A/B Tests.
- Solid understanding of analytics implementation, data integration, and data validation processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Contentsquare.
- Experience with Optimizely or other A/B testing platforms.
