Job Title: Wealth Manager – Private Market Advisory

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi (On‑site)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday (Half‑day)

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum Incentives

About the Role

We are expanding our private‑market advisory team in Delhi and seeking experienced Wealth Managers with expertise in unlisted shares, pre‑IPO opportunities, and alternative investments. You will advise clients, identify new opportunities, and manage end‑to‑end investment journeys in the fast‑growing private markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on unlisted shares, pre‑IPO deals, and private market opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors.
- Conduct research on valuations, private companies, and market trends.
- Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, payments, and share transfers.
- Maintain strong client relationships through portfolio reviews and follow‑ups.
- Acquire new clients via networking, references, and outreach.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/CA preferred.




- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, investment advisory, or private markets.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, unlisted shares, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to simplify investment concepts for clients.
- Comfortable with targets, client acquisition, and revenue responsibility.

Preferred Background

- Prior experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.
- Exposure to PMS, AIFs, or investment banking.
- Strong network within banking, broking, or wealth management circles.
