Role Description The Wealth Management Associate will support clients with personalized financial planning and investment guidance, focusing on long-term wealth creation and risk management. The role involves explaining financial products clearly, responding to client queries, and collaborating with senior advisors to refine wealth management strategies. The associate will also assist in conducting market research, staying updated on financial regulations, and participating in client meetings and reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Investments skills to design and recommend appropriate wealth management solutions.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients clearly, build trust, and present complex financial concepts in straightforward terms.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, banking, or investment services.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and financial analysis tools; familiarity with investment products and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong ethical standards, client-focused mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
