Core Responsibilities

- Transaction Processing: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan or utility payments accurately.
- Cash Handling: Count, disburse, and balance cash drawers at the start and end of every shift.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer account inquiries, and resolve basic complaints.
- Security and Compliance: Verify customer identities, detect counterfeit money, and follow anti-fraud rules.
- Sales Referrals: Inform customers about bank products like savings
- Process loan payments, money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers.
- Record transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer daily.
- Assist customers with account opening and updates.
- Help customers with ATM usage and online banking navigation.
- Verify customer identity before completing transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow fraud detection procedures.
- Provide information on bank products and recommend services based on customer needs.
