Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM To 12 :00 PM and Night Shift)

Salary: 24,000/ PM CTC

:

- Communication Skills: Freshers with strong communication skills, capable of conversing with customers and understanding their concerns.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with a minimum of 80% accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and having a fixed week-off on Monday.
- Capability to manage scenario-based customer issues, demonstrating good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong email and chat handling proficiency, including the ability to draft qualified responses.
