URGENT - Hiring: Watch Repair Trainer

Organization: Udayan Care – Skilling & Livelihood Program

Location: Govindpuri, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Udayan Care is looking for a skilled and passionate Watch Repair Trainer to train young adults (18–25 years) in watch repair, servicing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical and structured training on watch repair techniques, tools, and industry practices.
- Develop and deliver hands-on training modules.
- Mentor and guide youth participants and support their employability.
- Maintain training quality, discipline, and workshop standards.
- Track learner progress in coordination with the program team.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate
- 1-2 years of skilled experience in watch repair and servicing.




- Prior training/mentoring experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong practical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
